From July 25th (Friday) to 27th (Sunday), the "July Intensive External Training" took place at the BAKDOL Zen Center.

Despite the heat reaching 37 degrees Celsius,

trainees from all over the country, including Cheorwon, Geoje, Busan, Ilsan, Jeonju, Sejong, Yongin, and Suwon, participated for two nights and three days, from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., under the guidance of Master Jinmok in swordsmanship, martial arts, lectures (Doin Dosong, Cheonbugyeong), and hwalbeob.

Thanks to the guidance of the trainees, the BAKDOL Zen Center is transforming into an even more upgraded environment.
