    Chapter 1 General rules
    Article 1 Purpose

    These terms and conditions specify the terms and procedures for using the website (www.bakdol.com) operated by World Bakdol kuksundo Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Federation”).


    Article 2 Notice, Understanding and Validity of Terms and Conditions.

    1. The contents of these terms and conditions take effect by posting them on the website service screen or otherwise notifying members for at least one week.

    2. The Federation may change all or part of these Terms and Conditions, and the changed Terms and Conditions shall take effect by notifying them in the same manner as in Article 2, Paragraph 1. We cannot challenge these changes on the grounds that the federation cannot respond quickly or that the members have not been notified. Please make no mistake in this regard.

    3. Members may stop using the service and request membership withdrawal if they do not agree to the changed terms and conditions. However, if you continue to use the service even after the changed terms and conditions take effect, you will be deemed to have agreed to change the terms and conditions.

    4. Visitors should fully understand the details of membership registration before signing up, and these terms and conditions apply to all members of the Federation, and the Federation is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by not reading and understanding them.


    Article 3 rules outside the terms and conditions

    Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, the Telecommunications Sales Act and other relevant statutes in Korea.


    Article 4 Definition of terms

    The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows.

    1. Member : A person who has entered into a contract with the Federation for the use of services through the website

    2. Services (or contents) : Video materials, lectures, seminars, workshops, community services and products provided to members through the website of the Federation

    3. ID : A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the Federation for member identification and use of member services.

    4. Password : a combination of letters and numbers selected by a member to protect his or her secret in communication

    5. Termination : Expression of intention to terminate the use contract after the federation or its members use the service


    Chapter 2 A service use contract
    Article 1 Establishment of a use contract

    1. The use contract is established when the federation approves the member's application for use according to the procedure on the website

    2. Those who wish to join as members and use the service must provide personal information requested by the federation.

    3. If there are any changes to the information provided by members when applying for membership, members must immediately correct it.

    4. In principle, the use contract should be concluded with one ID per member.


    Article 2 Application for use

    The application for use is based on the online subscription form, but is completed by creating an account on the website.


    Article 3 Acceptance of an application for use

    1. The Federation approves applications for use when members accurately fill in all the information stipulated in Article 1 of Chapter 2.

    2. Children under the age of 9 or minors under the laws of the country must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian, and the parent or legal guardian is responsible for all obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

    3. Acceptance of the application for use or participation in the use of website services or lectures does not give members any qualifications for the Federation. You must follow the Federation's prescribed procedures to obtain the prescribed qualifications


    Article 4 Rejection or restriction of application for use

    1. The Federation may refuse to register for use applications that fall under the following, or may not accept the application without prior notice, terminate the contract, or suspend or delete the account, even after registration, in accordance with Chapter 4 of this Regulation, Restrictions on the Use of Services and Termination of the Contract.

    1) In the case of applying using the name of another person

    2) If you provide false information when applying for use

    3) If the application is made with the purpose of disturbing the public peace and order and public morals

    4) Where it is difficult to accept the use due to other reasons attributable to the user applicant

    2. In the cases listed below, the Federation may not grant approval until the reasons for granting approval are resolved.

    3) In any other case where the Federation deems it necessary.

    3. If the Federation does not approve an application for use or restricts approval, it must notify the applicant of this.


    Article 5 Permissions for Services or Content

    1. Members must use the services or content on the website for their personal use only.

    2. Members may not film, store, copy, publish, distribute, or share services or content without the consent of the Federation, and may not use them for any commercial purposes.

    3. If a member wants to provide a service or content through the website, it can be provided through a separate content provision contract with the Federation.


    Chapter 3 Managing Member Information
    Article 1 Sharing Member Information

    1. When the Federation partners, acquires, spins off, or merges with another company to provide better service, member information may be shared.

    2. In the event of a reason under the preceding paragraph, the federation shall notify the member of the fact


    Article 2 Use of additional member information, etc.

    1. The Federation has the authority to access member account activity history and basic information for member management and service improvement purposes.

    2. The Federation uses additional information provided by members when they participate in Federation-sponsored training and events (members' personal schedules, deposit/withdrawal history, etc.) only for management and statistical purposes.


    Article 3 Provision of information

    The Federation may provide information about the Federation to its members via e-mail, postal mail, or mobile messaging services regarding the member's use of the service and various events or information services of the Federation, and members agree to this.


    Article 4 Deletion of file information and deletion of member rights

    1. The Federation may delete member information and personal information as needed if it determines that there is no spare capacity in the service facilities.

    2. The Federation may search the information and personal information of members without prior notice if it determines that there are problems with the operation or security of the service.

    3. In the case of the first paragraph above, the Federation shall notify the relevant information in advance through the ‘Notices’ section of the website, members’ ‘E-mail’, or mobile message service.


    Article 5 Protection of Personal Information

    1. The personal information of members collected by the Federation will be protected in accordance with the ‘Privacy Policy’.

    2. The Federation assumes all responsibility for any damage suffered by users if personal information is used for purposes other than providing services and content, internal management, or statistics, or if personal information is provided to a third party without the user's consent, or if the information is lost, stolen, leaked, or altered.


    Chapter 4 Use of Service
    Article 1 Use of Service

    1. Members can access materials and participate in approved activities from menus for which they have permission.

    2. In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special operational or technical issues at the Federation. However, when the Federation deems it necessary to improve the service, such as for regular inspections, the service may be temporarily suspended after prior notice.

    3. The website service may vary depending on technical factors such as video quality, viewing environment, and Internet connection environment.


    Article 2 Suspension of Service Provision

    The Federation may suspend provision of services in the following cases:

    1. In case of unavoidable circumstances such as facility maintenance or website modifications

    2. In case a fixed-term telecommunications service provider suspends telecommunications services as stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act

    3. If any other reason arises for which the federation is unable to provide services


    Article 3 Notes on using the service

    These precautions apply equally to all Federation events, including online and offline courses, training sessions, seminars, and workshops held through the website.

    1. Preparation before training

    1) Outfit

    ① Wear light and loose clothes to facilitate toxin release from the skin.

    ② Prepare to exercise comfortably by minimizing body attachments (accessories, etc.).

    2) Meals

    ① Wait at least one hour after eating before exercising.

    3) Health check

    ① If you are weak or have a serious illness, you should exercise gently to reduce stimulation or practice after your illness has improved.

    ② If you have a health problem with your stomach, you must train after treatment to expect the effect of training.

    4) Sharing health information

    ① If you have any health problems or underlying diseases (allergies, chronic diseases, etc.), you must notify and consult with the federation, instructor, or service provider before using the service.

    5) No use of drugs or alcohol

    ① If you are using drugs or alcohol, use of the service is prohibited.

    2. Precautions during training

    1) Breathing

    ① During breathing practice, keep your mouth closed and breathe only through your nose.

    ② Inhale while pushing your lower belly out, and exhale while pulling your lower belly in.

    2) Adjust exercise intensity

    ① Exercise the areas that require a lot of stimulation slowly and lightly.

    ② If you are overworked or tired, exercise after getting enough rest.

    ③ If your body is weak or sensitive due to circadian rhythms, exercise more gently to reduce stimulation.

    3) Personal responsibility

    ① Members must practice comfortably and safely within the scope of their physical and psychological abilities.

    ② Excessive training beyond the member's physical and psychological safety is prohibited, and the Federation, instructors, and service providers are not responsible for any adverse effects that may arise from violations.

    4) Leader's physical contact

    ① During the use of the service, the instructor may touch the member's body to check breathing and training status or to guide movement. The member must understand and agree to this.

    3. Changes and Responsibilities After Training

    1) Physical and mental changes

    Various physical and mental changes may occur due to use of the service, and members must continuously consult with their leaders about such changes.

    2) Limitations of health-related advice

    ① Guidance on illness or health in service is the experience or opinion of the instructor or the service provider based on national training.

    ② This is not intended to be medical advice or treatment and the Federation, its leaders and its service providers are disclaimed from any and all liability in this regard. Members must understand and agree to this.

    3) The dangers of arbitrary training

    Any physical or psychological side effects that may occur when practicing arbitrarily without the guidance of a leader of the Federation are your own responsibility, and the Federation, leaders, or service providers are not responsible for these.

    4) Damages, etc. that occur while using the service

    ① Any injuries resulting from personal negligence during training are the responsibility of the member, and the Federation is not responsible.

    ② The Federation is not responsible for any physical, mental, or material risks or damages that may occur while using the service.

    4. Additional Recommendations

    1) Advice from a medical professional is recommended

    The Federation recommends that members consult with a medical professional regarding their physical and psychological condition before using the service. This is necessary to prevent risks that may occur during training and to ensure safe training that suits the individual's health condition.


    Article 4 Course Cancellation and Refund Information

    1. This policy applies to live classes or training sessions and events hosted by the Federation.

    2. The procedure for canceling classes due to personal reasons is as follows.

    1) If you wish to cancel a live class, you must register the in the menu on the website and be sure to ‘call the Federation.’

    2) The course registration fee (or course application fee) due to course cancellation will be refunded in accordance with Article 23, “Tuition Fee Refund Standards” of the Enforcement Decree of the Lifelong Education Act.

    3. Note

    1) “Tuition fee collection period” refers to the total number of class days based on the total tuition fee collected.

    2) “Total class hours” refers to the total class hours during the tuition fee collection period.

    3) The calculation of the refund amount is based on the number of class hours that have elapsed up to the date the reason for the refund arose.

    4) Notwithstanding the above table, the tuition refund amount for learning in the form of distance education (excluding distance education provided in real time) is the tuition already paid minus the tuition corresponding to the portion actually learned (if learning is structured in units of sessions, when a learning session is opened or saved on a learning device, that learning session is considered learned).

    5) Notwithstanding the table above, if a class is structured in units of sessions, tuition fees will be refunded based on the remaining sessions.

    3) In cases where the ‘Tuition Fee Refund Standards’ and the ‘Standards of the Latest Lifelong Education Act Enforcement Decree’ are different, tuition fee refunds will follow the ‘latest revised Decree.’

    3. If the payment of membership fees or course registration fees is regular, membership fees or course registration fees may be automatically paid according to the information provided at the time of registration unless the members withdraw from the membership.


    Chapter 5 Obligations of Members and Federations
    Article 1 Member's Obligations

    1. Members are responsible for all management of their member ID and password. Members are responsible for any damages resulting from careless management or use of their member ID and password, or unauthorized use by third parties.

    2. Member ID and password cannot be transferred, leased, or rented to another person without the prior approval of the Federation.

    3. If a member's member ID is used illegally, the member must report the fact to the Federation.

    4. If there are any changes to the information provided in the application for use, the member must notify the Federation of such changes through the website.

    5. Members must comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and related laws and regulations.

    6. When using the website's services internationally, members acknowledge and agree that they are obligated to comply with the laws of the country in which they reside and where they use the services.


    Article 2 Service Use Restrictions

    Members must not fall under any of the following when using the service, and if any of the following applies, the Federation may restrict the member's use of the service, suspend the member's account, or delete the account.

    1. Act of using another member's ID illegally

    2. Using an offensive screen name or avatar

    3. Collecting or distributing personal information of others without their consent

    4. Accessing another person's account

    5. Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

    6. Hacking or spreading computer viruses

    7. Any act that promotes discrimination, hatred, prejudice, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual.

    8. Actions that contain explicit sexual content, sexual violence, or offensive subject matter.

    9. Any action that may interfere with or hinder the stable and normal operation of the service.

    10. Acts that harm or exploit minors

    11. An act of continuously transmitting certain content, such as advertising information, against the will of others

    12. Acts that defame or insult others or acts of abusive language, threats, obscenity, or slander

    13. Promoting false or misleading information

    14. Acts intended for criminal activity or related to other criminal activities

    15. Acts that harm public morals and other social order

    16. Any act that violates other related laws and regulations


    Article 3 Obligations of the Federation

    1. Except in cases where a member violates the obligations of these Terms and Conditions, the Federation will ensure that members can use the services they have applied for in a stable manner in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

    2. The Federation is obligated to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. However, the Federation cannot be held responsible for the loss of member personal information due to natural disasters or other force majeure.

    3. The Federation does not disclose or distribute members' personal information to others without their consent. However, this does not apply in cases where there is a request from a government agency, etc. in accordance with relevant laws such as telecommunications-related laws.

    4. If the opinion or complaint raised by the members is deemed legitimate, the federation must deal with it immediately. However, if it is difficult to deal with it immediately, the members should be notified of the reason and the processing schedule.

    Chapter 6 Termination of contract, etc.
    Article 1 Disclaimer

    1. The Federation shall be exempt from liability for providing services if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or other force majeure.

    2. The Federation is not responsible for any service disruption caused by a member's fault.

    3. The Federation is not responsible for any profits or losses expected by members using the service, or for any damages resulting from information obtained through the service.

    4. The Federation is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of information, materials, or facts posted by members on services or content on the website.

    5. If a member violates the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the Federation becomes liable to a member or a third party, thereby causing damage to the Federation, the member who violated these Terms and Conditions shall compensate the Federation for all damages incurred and indemnify the Federation against such damages.


    Article 2 Termination of contract

    1. When a member wishes to terminate the service agreement, he/she must submit a request to the Federation through the ‘Questions and Answers’ section of the website or through the ‘Federation’s E-mail’ at least 1 day prior to the date of termination (however, if the termination date is a public holiday, he/she must submit a request at least 2 days prior to the public holiday) and must ‘call the Federation.’

    2. The Federation may terminate the service use contract if the member violates the contents of these terms and conditions and fails to resolve them within the prescribed period of the Federation.

    3. The Federation may restrict approval for a certain period of time if a member whose membership was terminated pursuant to Paragraph 2 above reapplies for membership.


    Article 3 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

    2. In the event of a dispute regarding services, the Federation and its members shall make every effort necessary to resolve the dispute smoothly.

    3. Member agrees that any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be permanently extinguished if the right to arbitrate or file a lawsuit within one year after the cause of the dispute arises.

    4. Disputes between the Federation and its members shall be resolved through arbitration in principle, and the arbitration court shall be the arbitration court with jurisdiction over the location of the Federation's headquarters. The arbitration decision shall be final and conclusive and shall be binding on the parties to the arbitration.

    5. Each party waives its right to participate in a lawsuit, jury trial, class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding with respect to any claim subject to arbitration.

    6. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, if any litigation is brought arising out of such dispute, such litigation shall be heard by the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Federation's headquarters.

    World Bakdol Kuksundo Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Federation”) considers its members’ personal information very important and complies with the Privacy Policy on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Personal Information Protection Guidelines established by the Ministry of Science and ICT.

    This privacy policy may change according to changes in laws or guidelines related to personal information protection or changes in company policy, so members who visit the website are requested to check it regularly.


    1. Purpose of collection and use of personal information

    The purpose of the Federation collecting members' personal information is to verify the members' identities, confirm their intention to use Federation services, and provide the best services to the members.

    1) Establishment of a contract for service provision (identification of the person and confirmation of the person's intention, etc.)

    2) Service implementation (services such as training using the website, participation in events, payment, etc.)

    2. Consent to collection of personal information

    The Federation has established a procedure whereby members can click the “Agree” button to agree to the privacy policy or terms of use when registering as a member, and if a member clicks the “Agree” button, it is considered that the member has agreed to the collection of personal information.


    3. Personal information collection items and purpose of use

    The Federation collects your name and email address as required when you sign up for membership, and may collect information such as your registered phone number and address at your option in order to provide you with various Federation services. The collected items and their purposes of use are as follows.

    1) Your name, gender, date of birth, and nationality will be collected for your identification.

    2) Phone numbers, addresses, and e-mail addresses can be collected for delivery of goods and documents, event guidance, emergency contact networks, and more.

    In addition to the above, the Federation may request and collect additional information from members for specific services provided. However, information that may infringe on the member's basic human rights, such as race and ethnicity, ideology and beliefs, place of origin and residence, political inclination and criminal record, health status, and sexual activity, will not be collected unless consented to by the member or required by law.


    4. Use for other purposes and provision and sharing to third parties

    1) Except for information disclosed through the Internet service screen, the Federation will not use your personal information for purposes other than the services provided by the Federation or provide it to third parties without your consent. However, the following cases are exceptions.

    ① In cases where there are special provisions in laws such as the Act on Real Name Financial Transaction Confidentiality, the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information, the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Local Tax Act, Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc, the Bank of Korea Act, and the Criminal Procedure Act.

    ② In cases where it is necessary for statistical compilation, academic research, or market research, and provided in a form that does not identify specific individuals.

    2) In order to provide better services to members, the Federation may provide or share personal information with carriers, etc. When providing or sharing personal information, the Federation will go through a procedure to obtain consent by individually notifying members in advance who the carrier, etc. is, what personal information items are provided or shared, why such personal information must be provided or shared, and how and until when it will be protected and managed. If members do not consent, the Federation will not provide or share personal information with carriers, etc. In addition, even after members have consented to the provision of personal information, they may withdraw their consent at any time.


    5. Access and correction of personal information

    1) Members may view or correct their personal information at any time, and corrections will be made upon request to the Federation's personal information manager via e-mail or in writing. However, member ID, name, and date of birth cannot be corrected.

    2) If you request correction of errors in your personal information, we will not use or provide the personal information until the correction is complete.


    6. Withdrawal of consent to collection, use, and provision of personal information (membership withdrawal)

    Members may withdraw (cancel) their consent to the collection and use of personal information and withdraw consent provided to third parties by e-mail, phone, fax, or other means, and the Federation will immediately take necessary measures, such as deleting personal information. In this case, members must disclose their member ID, gender, and date of birth to prove their identity.


    7. Retention and use period of personal information

    When the Federation collects a member's personal information, the retention period is from the time of membership registration until the cancellation (including withdrawal request and ex officio withdrawal), and the member's personal information is destroyed when the purpose of collection or the purpose for which it was provided is achieved.


    8. Technical and administrative measures to protect personal information

    1) In handling members' personal information, the Federation implements the following technical measures to ensure the safety of personal information so that it is not lost, stolen, leaked, altered, or damaged. Members' personal information is basically protected by a password, and important data is protected through separate security functions by encrypting files and transmission data so that general users cannot access them.

    2) The Federation restricts access to your personal information to a minimum number of people. Those people are as follows:

    ① A person who performs guidance or administrative work directly with users

    ② Persons who perform personal information management duties, such as personal information management officers and staff

    ③ Other persons who inevitably need to handle personal information for work-related reasons

    3) Your personal information is protected by password, gender, phone number, date of birth, nationality, and member type. However, since you use the Internet in public places, etc., your password or date of birth is likely to be known to others, so it is important to thoroughly protect your personal information. You must prevent your information from being leaked.


    9. Link site

    The Federation may provide its members and users with links to other training organizations' websites or materials. In this case, the Federation has no control over external sites and materials, and therefore cannot be held responsible for or guarantee the usefulness of the services or materials provided therefrom. If you click on a link contained in the Federation and move to another website, the privacy policy of that website is unrelated to the Federation, so please review the policy of the newly visited website.


    10. Post

    1) The Federation values ​​the posts of its members and users and does its best to protect them from being altered, damaged, or deleted. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

    ① Spam posts - Posts that spread false information with the purpose of defaming others and damaging their reputation.

    ② A post that spreads false information with the purpose of defaming others and damaging their reputation.

    ③ Postings that disclose personal information of others without consent, infringe on our copyrights, third party copyrights, or other rights, or are not related to the bulletin board topic

    11. Entrusted processing of personal information

    In order to improve services, the Federation may entrust the collection, handling, management, etc. of members' personal information to external parties.

    1) In the event that we entrust the processing of personal information, we will notify you of the entrusted agency and the fact in advance through the website and personal communication means.

    2) In the case of entrusting the processing of personal information, we will clearly stipulate through an entrustment contract, etc., the service provider's strict compliance with instructions related to personal information protection, confidentiality of personal information, prohibition of provision to third parties, responsibility in case of an accident, period of entrustment, return or destruction of personal information after completion of processing, etc., and keep the contents of the contract in writing or electronically.


    12. User Rights and Obligations

If you fail to fulfill this responsibility and damage other people’s information and dignity, you may be punished under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
