Training Methods

In the training center, we train as follows.

1.Warm-Up (15-20 Minutes)

Exercises designed to loosen joints and muscles, promoting circulation of energy and blood to prepare for Danjeon exercises.

2.Danjeon Breathing Exercises (45 Minutes)

A breathing technique that synchronizes specific movements with focused breathing into the Danjeon to gather and cultivate energy.

3.Wrap-Up (20 Minutes)

Concluding exercises to distribute energy and blood throughout the body, promoting proper alignment and strength.
