From July 25th (Friday) to 27th (Sunday), the "July Intensive External Training" took place at the BAKDOL Zen Center.Despite the heat reaching 37 degrees Celsius,trainees from all over the country, including Cheorwon, Geoje, Busan, Ilsan, Jeonju, Sejong, Yongin, and Suwon, participated for two nights and three days, from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., under the guidance of Master Jinmok in swordsmanship, martial arts, lectures (Doin Dosong, Cheonbugyeong), and hwalbeob.Thanks to the guidance of the trainees, the BAKDOL Zen Center is transforming into an even more upgraded environment.We look forward to seeing you at the next training session in August.​                               ​ 

Deep breath in nature,A time when body and mind become one~!!On July 12th (Sat) ~ 13th (Sun), the ‘Natural Healing Meditation Trip-Banga Island’ hosted by the World Bakdol National Meditation Federation successfully concluded with the warm participation of many people.We had a precious time walking along the forest path, feeling the wind and sunlight, and looking into our inner selves with deep breaths. I hope that this healing journey of releasing the tension in our bodies and putting down the noise in our minds for a moment will resonate deeply with each participant and be a small light in their hearts.Through this natural healing meditation trip, I feel it once again. Nature is always open to us, and we can recover again within it.I sincerely thank everyone who participated, and we will be with you through various training and programs for the harmonious recovery of body and mind. On June 13-15, there was an internal and external energy​ intensive training at the Bakdol Zen Center with Jin Mok Seonsa’s lectures on the theory of Kukseondo, breathing instruction, Martial arts, and swordsmanship. The sight of the instructors practicing without being concerned about the heat or rain was a time for practitioners to reexamine their mindset and establish their will.

From May 23 to 25, there was an internal and external energy intensive training at the Bakdol Zen Center. During the 2 nights and 3 days, we received one-on-one personal instruction to correct and master the movements we had learned and practiced so far. The internal and external energy intensive training at Baldol Zen Center will continue in June. May intensive training dates: Friday, June 13, 2:00 PM to Sunday, June 15, 2:00 PM. 

The <Kuksun> training program for Kuksundo practitioners from both domestic and abroad has taken place.​​G from the United States attended the lecture with the help of an interpreter. 

The Kuksundo family toured Songdo International City in Incheon, the gateway to Korea.The Kuksundo family visited Songdo Central Park, took a walk, and rode a water taxi to enjoy the surrounding scenery.​
